Earlier this year we lost a few large trees from around our school that had been damaged or become unstable. On Tuesday August 11th, children had the opportunity to plant a tree with the assistance of our gardener Nick. We purchased 4 trees and have learned how to plant a tree, what they need to survive and will be charged with looking after them as they grow with us at Spearwood Primary. We will install a plaque next to each tree to commemorate this event.
