This term as part of our kindergarten program, we are looking at ways in which people in our community can help us.
We have been very fortunate to have the City of Cockburn ranger services come to class and have a talk with our students.
Ranger Kylie brought all her ranger equipment and demonstrated how she catches snakes, captures dogs and we even got to watch her talk to base with her walkie talkie. We then followed her out to her ranger vehicle and got to see inside.
The kindergarten students had lots of wonderful questions and enjoyed the whole morning. Ranger Kylie even gifted each student a special teddy bear to take home.
