Italian Assembly

Italian Assembly

On the 2nd December  our students participated in an Italian assembly hosted by students from Room 14. The Italian Consul for Western Australian, Dr Nicolò Costantini, attended this special language assembly.

As our school is multicultural, students from the 20 different countries of origin gave a greeting in their language. This was followed with the students from EC2 giving a greeting in Italian.  Room 6 then shared the Italian things they like and Room 7 entertained us all with a short play ‘Il Pappagallo’.   Room 14 had everyone tapping their feet to the beat as they danced the Tarantella. The assembly ended with all the students singing ‘Volevo Un Gatto Nero‘.
