On the 1st of March, Linzy from St Johns came to our school to teach the students about what to do in emergency situations. Children learnt how to make 000 calls and what service they would require. They also learnt the sequence of DRS AB to assist them in an emergency situation. The children had fun learning how to put their patients into the Recovery position. An important point that came up was – children should know their address and parents/caregivers phone number.
