On Wednesday 11 October our students had a composting incursion, thanks to a grant received from the City of Cockburn. The grant is being used to improve the way we deal with our organic waste at school. We are trying to minimise the amount of organic waste that we are currently sending to landfill. Students from Yr 1 to 6 made their own mini composting system and the Pre-Primary students learnt about worm farming.
